We had our friend, Desirae, trek over here to hang out with us for a few days. We went on a walk during the sunset last night… and tried to do a few (30… hehe) timed shots of us jumping. I set the camera up on a dune, set the timer for 30 seconds, ran over to the beach, and we tried jumping together because I set the camera to take 10 photos every 2 seconds. My camera wasn’t quite functioning as I wanted, but at least we got us in the air (sorta) once. Today we will try again- maybe it will be more clear.
Ashlyn, Desirae, Whitney, me, and Grayson:
Then this morning, we got up early to go see the sunrise. All of us “kids” went to go see it, except for Ashlyn- she was busy snoring… just kidding. It was very pretty, but it was still really smoky outside! Grayson was holding his nose the whole time- actually right now he has toilet paper up both his nostrils to “keep the smell out.” =)
We will go to the beach later and maybe the pool…
Update: On the left-hand side I put up a link to Ashlyn’s Blog: http://ashlynsway.wordpress.com/
She doesn’t update it much, but I think she needed a little bit of motivation in order to do so. Hint-Hint

We are enjoying all the photo’s for sure. Beautiful ocean scenes! God’s creation is so awesome.
We will see you July 16th. We know you are still in school so we will try to keep our mouths shut and leave you alone as much as possible. Sure don’t want you two flunking out and getting kicked out. Fat chance, huh?
Thanks, Whitney for helping on travel arrangements. We decided we wanted to go non stop and better times. The fares aren’t too bad. With the gas prices we had all better start riding bikes. Love, nana

NANA! You do NOT need to leave us alone while yall are visiting! I am so glad yall get to come and visit us. We will be fine with school- we will already be in the groove of it and so it won’t be that big of a deal. We could probably work ahead too! (maybe). Love you!
