about me

My name is Kari.

I was born and raised until I was 10 in Dallas, Texas.

Sometimes I think my memories belong there, but I have come to love Florida more and more since the day we packed up and moved here without ever seeing it beforehand.

I still feel as if I am in a dream when I see
pelicans flying,
deer in my backyard,
palm trees out my window,
egrets,
storks,
and herons in my front yard roaming.

I know that there is a reason and a purpose for me to be here right now. Who knows where I will be in a few years, but for now, this is my home, and I will enjoy every minute of it!

certified to be a K-5 (Elementary) and 6-9 (Math) teacher.
